My passion is to see young people begin to have a dream for their life that will help propel them into their God given destiny. The vision is to give youth the permission to dream again, to release their creativity and to transcend beyond imposed boundaries such as age, race, gender, socio-economic disadvantage, social status, etc.

It was only when I was 21 that I realized the potential of having a dream and a vision for one's life. Growing up through school I cannot ever recall being encouraged to dream or to aim for something in the future that was beyond where I was currently at. In no way do I hold this against the education system for not instilling these principals into my life, but I do however, now have a real aspiration to see them instilled in others at an early age.
